EN SPEKTAKULÄR PRIVAT VILLA! Detta skräddarsydda hem med 3 sovrum och 3 badrum som ligger i badorten Reserva Conchal vid stranden slutfördes i november 2014. Hög kvalitet avslutar hela tiden med turkiska travertingolv, marmor fåfängar och köksbänkskivor. Estetiskt tilltalande arkitektoniska detaljer finns i alla områden i villan för att skapa en atmosfär av ren lyx och avkoppling.

Tre separata byggnader flyter till synes på den centrala poolen med en vacker gråtande väggskulptur som glittrar om dagen och lägger till ljudet av försiktigt fallande vatten om natten: De två första byggnaderna är sovrum med sovrum med sovrum med tak, utomhusduschar, topp kvalitet sängar och sängkläder. Fjärrstyrda rullgardiner erbjuder privatliv på begäran i vart och ett av sovrummen och på golfbanans sida av huvudområdet. Den tredje byggnaden är uppdelad i två utrymmen som inkluderar drottningstorlek sovrum / badrum på ena sidan och den huvudsakliga vardagsrummet på den andra med toppmodern, fullt utrustat gourmetkök, matsal och vardagsrum med sin handgjorda träfat tak och härlig utsikt över golfbanan och kullarna utanför och innergården. Villan är välutrustad med höghastighets wifi, kabel-TV, smarta TV-apparater och allt du behöver för att förbereda gourmetmåltider, inklusive toppmodern induktionskoktopp.

Gästerna har tillgång till alla husägarens bekvämligheter på orten. Gratis pendeltrafik på begäran för att ta dig vart du än är på orten. The home owner and house manager were extremely responsive when we ran into a situation with my daughter. I appreciate the responsiveness and professionalism. When we needed service on a cabinet, there was someone there in 10 minutes. Thing happen me they were available. Pretty home and nice beach club with amenities. Golf cart a great addition.

The home is exactly as described! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and has quick access to the beach via golf cart. The location is fantastic with many local restaurants in Playa Brasilito just a few minutes away. Everyone at the beach club, golf course, entry security gate were extremely friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home for anyone!

Intriguing and delightfully designed house - really liked it! Fantastic beach that's accessible in the golf cart in 5 minutes. Loved the overall neighborhood location. Small improvement would be replacing the dishwasher.

Great stay!

Private villa with pool with resort-like security, access to owner's Beach Club (pools, dining), beach access, and access to resort-quality dining within the secured reserve (at the W and the Westin). Perfect balance!

Great location

Very pretty house. Great location in a gated community with easy access to the beach. Just to note, there are also roller blinds in the master bathroom so we had to be extra careful about full privacy. We stayed with our 17, 12, and 8 year old children. There were no pool safety concerns with the youngest. There was plenty of room to move around the pool.

An Amazing Getaway!

This villa was an amazing rental for my family of 4. Our teenagers each had their own bedroom and bathroom and we all throughly enjoyed our vacation in this villa and at Reserva Conchal resort. The house was beautifully decorated and is true to the pictures on the listing. The pool is accessible to all bedrooms, there is plenty of privacy and fun was had by all. The villa is well appointed, the kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials for cooking or eating, and the washer and dryer is convenient. We enjoyed the golf cart, the beach club, the beautiful beach, the restaurant at the beach club and restaurants in close by Brasilito and near Flamingo Beach. We also went golfing and used the driving range which is right out the back door! Isma, the host, was wonderful- was really helpful and super responsive. We will be back! This is one of our best-ever Vrbo rentals.

Luxury is right

We chose this home for a relaxing stay with our parents to celebrate my wife’s and my father in law’s birthdays. It was everything pictured in the listing and more. This house is essentially built around the pool which takes up the entire central area. Every wall facing the interior of the home is glass, with sliding doors out to the pool!! You could literally open the door in the master and step right into the pool. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were great. Especially the outdoor shower! What stands out about this home is the fact that everything you would need is there. There is laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, bug spray, shampoo and conditioner. This is the most well appointed kitchen we have ever seen in a rental home. It’s all there for you! The golf cart was great to get over to the beach club. You can only drive it within Reserva Conchal (not outside the gates). And the beach club was amazing. Tip for the beach club - be sure to wear sandals when getting out of the pool as the teak under the deck chairs gets very slippery! As far as this area is concerned, you will probably need a rental car if you want to get groceries or other supplies or go out to dinner somewhere other than the beach club or the pricey W hotel. There are so many little towns to explore, we were glad we had a car. A huge shout out to the host - every question we had before and during our stay was promptly answered and taken care of.

Great location, beautiful house

The house is spectacular and the location is perfect, two minutes by golf cart to the beach club and backing directly into the golf driving range. The two larger bedrooms are beautiful the third is adequate and the living, kitchen and dining area is great.

Nice house but frustrating experience

We spent 4 nights and had a mixed experience. We got in late and missed meeting Isma. Perhaps things would have gone smoother if this had been possible. This was our 2nd stop in Costa Rica & check-in instructions came after our arrival. Isma prefers not to give her WhatsApp#, which is fine-- but we couldn't open her links on the road. Make sure to access wifi and screenshot everything ahead of time. The VRBO site's directions and 2nd directions sent by Isma give 2 different codes, which caused us a good deal of confusion. You will need BOTH codes. The 2nd set works ONLY for the gate, not the front door. If you've been to Conchal Reserva, this is a fun house. If not, there aren't tips on how to maximize your stay so we learned through trial & error. (Some unpleasant interactions at the hotel. We learned to stay in the lovely Beach Club areas.) I kept asking if we'd missed a welcome packet. I've never stayed at a VRBO without helpful tips. (LOTS about how to run the blinds & notes to turn off the air conditioners.) The guest bedroom doesn't lock. This is an open concept house so we wish we'd known this. (Walls aren't solid to the outside.) We had to request more than a "starter" supply of toilet paper, which was odd and took time. I found Isma to be fairly defensive at times, helpful at others. Lots of neighborhood construction. (Wish we'd known.) Beautiful beach & fun golf cart. Loved staff at Beach Club & restaurant.

Unforgettable villa

We had an amazing stay at this uniquely designed villa. The architecture layout and details are what makes this property so unforgettable. It was perfect for a family with teens and grandma, allowing for privacy or quiet time when needed while also having nice communal space. The resort club also provided many amenities that we took advantage of at member discounts. Isma was also kind and responsive to our questions, making sure we were always taken care of. Wonderful stay that is truly unforgettable .

Way Beyond 5 Stars!

EVERYTHING about this property is AMAZING! The 6 of us (3 married couples ages 42-56) stayed here from June 23rd - 30th. The weather was amazing and the property was more than we expected. The property owner (Isma) went way above and beyond with answering my questions, helping with airport transfers, showing us around the property, helping with tours and providing some extra requests before arrival. The private beach club associated with the property is also AWESOME! Beachfront access, resort staff will carry the beach chair down to your requested spot on the beach, beautiful pools, biking, paddle boards, & kayaking included. Resort restaurant and super clean bathrooms within steps of the beach. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BOOK THIS PROPERTY and enjoy all Costa Rica has to offer! Pura Vida!

Paradise

Our fourth stay in the Villa and it was again wonderful! The house and pool are beautiful. The Reserval Conchal beach club pools, restaurant and beach are world class. We’ve made amazing family memories in Villa 34. Isma is a great host. Andrei with ConcalFun is our go to for airport transportation and day trips. The Mangrove tour is excellent. We plan to do a fifth stay. Pura Vida!

Perfect get away

This was a wonderful getaway. The house was perfect for a family with teens. We each had a comfortable room, with a great central room to hang out as a family. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, and the host was extremely responsive to all questions.

Spring Break in Costa Rica
