We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Cabourg, this charming flat with sea view, with direct access to the beach, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a small garden of about 10 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- One bedroom with bunk beds (2 single beds)
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- An unfenced garden, facing north, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Cabourg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Cabourg, a Mecca of the Belle Epoque with an eclectic heritage. Discover its mythical villas, gardens, dunes and beaches... Only 2 km away is Dives-sur-Mer, a charming town full of listed monuments. You can admire the medieval market hall, the Bois-Hibout manor house and the Notre-Dame church. You can try your hand at sailing or boating at Port Guillaume. This beautiful region promises you a stay full of discoveries!

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the flat (1 vehicle + bikes, not accessible if roof box).
