âThis is really a hotel you want to come back to. Nice staff, comfortable room, close to the city centre, great view from the breakfast room and an AMAZING BREAKFAST. The best breakfast we had during our 2-week-trip in Italy. I also love and appreciate that you get free mineral water in your room. That makes you feel very welcome. We will absolutely book this hotel.

âA very pleasant stay at this very central located hotel. Nice rooms, supernice and friendly staff, clean and well organized. The breakfast is sugary as suppost to be, but due to Covid-19 restrictions the buffeÂŽ is not avalible.
The building next to the hotel is being renovated so if You come from the wrong side of the street You might miss it. Almost no traffic outside the hotel. Situated in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops. â

"Stayed for a couple of nights in their presidential suite, which was truly spacious and lovely. The hotel building itself is grand, historic, and full of character.
Service was average, breakfast quality disappointing. Another point that the reception should properly inform guests about any additional charges â such as for the garage and minibar â which are often included in the rate for high-end suites. In our case, these costs were only mentioned afterwards.
Overall, the facilities are impressive and we loved the suite, but there is considerable room for improvement in both service and breakfast quality."
