“Warm, friendly welcome by the owner. As it turned out, we were the only visitors staying in the hotel, so had a nice opportunity for a chat over a beer - well stocked with what appeared to be the full range of bottled beers from Purple Moose Brewery of Porthmadog. Everything was provided, from ecofriendly shampoo and bodywash to pristine robes and towels, a lovely coffee machine, fresh mik with the tea facilities and an excellent guide to the house, its facilities and local walks. “Nice hotel, and the most popular venue in Dolgellau. Ensure you arrange your evening meal before 8pm, as everything stops serving early (out of season), including the hotel. Was extremely disappointing to be left with just a kebab shop at 8:20pm, with absolutely no alternatives. Town has some nice eateries, but everything shuts early and it feels like a ghost town by 9pm. ”

“Lovely room, very clean and well furnished. There was a wide choice of food at breakfast and although we only ate one evening meal it was a delicious, tasty burger. It was well placed for the beach and in an area with a number of shops and restaurants.I would certainly stay here again. ”

“Having a specific room requirement the hotel give me options and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. With the Hotel room only refurbished in October 24, they were well finished and furnished. We ate in the restaurant with the menu offering a good variety of food and we we very happy with the quality of the food. Finally a big thank you to Dela who was a supMagerb host. ”

“Das Zimmer war groß und sehr schön. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind jedoch sehr eingeschränkt und der öffentliche Carpark um die Ecke ist sehr steil und kostet über 15Pund die Nacht. Das hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst.”
