• No daily maid service
• Please input the correct number of guests to ensure our housekeepers are properly covered for laundry expenses! A $50 additional guest fee per guest will be auto-charged if guests are not listed.

Reminders:
> Trash Disposal: All trash must be placed in the dumpster located outside the exit gate.
> Fish Cleaning: All fish remains must be double-bagged, securely tied, and immediately placed in the dumpster.
> Linens & Towels: Please place all used linens and towels in the laundry room before departure.
> Dishes: Dishes should be placed either in the dishwasher or neatly staged in the sink.
> Smoking: Smoking is permitted outdoors ONLY. Thank you for respecting our smoke-free interior.
> Lake Safety: The property is located on a public lake. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
