Cádiz Holiday

Lovely place within easy walking distance of the town and old town, beaches and restaurants.Very clean and tidy and the arrival process was easy and well communicated.Cádiz is quite small so a car is not required.

Excellent apartment on the edge of old town

Perfectly situated on the edge of old town Cádiz this spotlessly clean and very well appointed, modern apartment provides easy walking access to cafes, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.Communication with the host Ana was prompt, helpful and informative.I would highly recommend this listing.

Convenient, spacious and attractive

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is clean and spacious. It’s nicely situated--very easy to walk to nice restaurants, places of interest, and attractive plazas. Ana was helpful and communicative. We have no complaints!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien placé et très confortable. Le couchage est de bonne qualité ainsi que l'isolation phonique.La communication avec Ana est facile, de plus elle est réactive. Cadix est une ville animée et pleine de charme. La plage de la Caleta est à 15 min à pied.

Lovely stay in Cadiz!

We had a wonderful time in Cadiz! Ana’s apartment was easy walking distance to the heart of the old town and to the water. There is a lovely park across the street where you can enjoy drinks and a beautiful sunset. Ana was very helpful and responded to all of our questions very quickly.

We really enjoyed the location of this apartment in old town Cadiz. We met the caretaker María Jesús on arrival and she checked us in and helped get us parked in the lift garage. She was a big help! Access to the lift was great so we could easily come and go while we explored other beaches and drove to the ferry in Tarifa. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable and great for exploring shops and restaurants in the old town area.

Lovely apartment close to lots of attractions and shops

The apartment is in an excellent location and was very clean and well presented. There is a lift to the apartment giving easy access with heavy cases. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher and is well laid out. The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. There was plenty of space to relax and two good size bedrooms. The check in and check out processes were simple and went very smoothly. As a bonus we had access to a garage under the property which was very useful as we had a car. When we visited in March it was quiet making for a very relaxing stay. Overall we had a lovely few days stay and would definitely try and stay there again if we return to Cadiz.

no se ajusta al precio que pagas

Nos dijo que nos recibirian y tardo bastante, tuvimos problemas con la calefaccion y el agua caliente, se desentendio la señora que estaba encargada de atender el apartamento y dejo la bolsa de basura del anterior inquilino en la puerta. A lo que al ponerlo en conocimiento a la dueña me ofrecia un 10% de dest. la proxima vez ¿eh? No merecio la pena por lo pagado.

Schön gelegen, fast am Park und Meer, für lärmunempfllindliche Gäste zu empfehlern.

Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und wenn man in der Nacht die Schlafzimmer wechselt, dann kann man 8 Stunden Schlaf zusammen bekommen. In einem Schlafzimmer hat man laute Geräusche von der Kanalisation aber wenn die Nachbarn alles im Bad erledigt haben, ca. 1 Uhr, dann kann man bis kurz vor 7 Uhr gut schlafen. In dem anderen Schlafzimmer kommt es auf das Verkehrsaufkommen an. Manchmal geht es, manchaml nicht. Ich wohne normalerweise mitten in München, an einer Kreuzung und im Kneipenviertel, insofern bin ich einiges gewohnt. Aber wenn jemand damit keine Probleme hat, dann ist die Wohnung durchaus zu empfehlen.

Fint, rent och välordnat.

Mycket fin, välskött, rymlig lägenhet med bra läge och garageplats. Nära till precis allt. Värden Ana är ytterst tillmötesgående och Alejandra som tog emot oss var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Hon pratar dock bara spanska så det är en fördel om man kan några ord. Ett litet välkomstkit bestående av frukostvaror väntade i köket. Sköna sängar och ordentligt med garderobsutrymmen. Att garageplats ingår är skönt då det kan vara ont om allmänna p-platser i närheten. Lite spännande var det att komma in i hissen ner till garaget med bilen liksom upp och ut igen, men inga problem (SAAB 95). Bor gärna här igen.

Magnificent Cadiz

Our first time in Cadiz and the city did not dissapoint, but the highlight of our 4 day stay was the apartment, its location was perfect, restaurants, tapas bars, lovely easy strolls through the narrow streets of Cadiz all within a stones throw from the apartment. Superb underground parking via lift under the apartment, we have stayed in a number of apartments in our travels but this one is by far the best. Very modern, ultra clean, well equipped could not ask for more and contact with the owner was simple and quick if you had a question. I could go on but suffice to say we love Cadiz and will be returning and the only place we will stay will be here

Great location

Modern apartment in the old part of Cadiz. The apartment had everything you needed. Ana always answered quickly to any questions. There was construction noise outside but closing the windows helped reduced the noise. The park in front of her complex is gorgeous.

Well located flat in old Cadiz

The flat was well appointed and had everything required for an enjoyable holiday. The photo is slightly misleading as there is no view of the sea without leaning out of the window, BUT it is very close to the park photographed and we took our evening drinks across the road and out to the park where we enjoyed the lovely view of the sea and the sunset. The car park was conveniently in the building and as it is on the edge of the old town, it is easy to get out onto the outer main road and then off to Jerez or other towns. Cadiz is a super old town to explore and the flat was walking distance to anything and everything that one would want to see. Ana was an attentive host before and during the visit and her caretaker was also extremely helpful. We were given some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Lovely Apartment in Cadiz

This apartment is immaculate . It’s owner , Ana , has equipped it to the highest standard and every small detail considered to make you feel at home , The location was perfect for us. Immediately into the small squares to eat and drink coffees - a few metres from the glorious parks and the walk along the sea front. Highly recommended and we hope to come back and stay .

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous city!

Ana's apartment is the perfect apartment to stay at to enjoy a trip to Cadiz. A spacious 2 bed apartment, beautifully designed, bright, very clean and well equipped. The apartment is seconds walk from the Alameda Apodaca and within easy walking reach of everything in the old town of Cadiz. Ana is a fantastic host, she gave us great advice in advance of our stay. Alejandra, the caretaker, made herself easily understood despite our very limited Spanish. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the fabulous city of Cadiz.
