Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a lovely central patio with a table and two chairs—an inviting space for a relaxing outdoor breakfast. A second shared interior patio brings natural light and ventilation to both the main bedroom and bathroom, creating a fresh and airy environment throughout the home.

The main bedroom, located to the right of the entrance, features a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe perfect for longer stays, and a comfortable reading chair.

To the left, the full bathroom offers a shower with a screen and benefits from exterior ventilation. The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you might need, seamlessly connecting with the living area.

The bright and welcoming living room, with a window facing the central patio, is elegantly furnished with thoughtful details. It includes a dining table for four, a 1.50 x 2.00 m sofa bed, a lounge chair, two coffee tables, and a Smart TV to enjoy your favourite shows.

Located just steps from Cádiz Cathedral, Plaza de las Flores and Torre Tavira, the apartment offers a perfect base for exploring the city on foot. La Caleta beach is also a short stroll away, ideal for enjoying breathtaking sunsets over the Atlantic.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
