"Absolutely wonderful stay – amazing staff and beautiful location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we honestly cannot thank the staff enough for how kind, helpful, and accommodating they were. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was quite warm during our stay, and the staff kindly brought us a fan for our room. We were also given extra towels whenever we needed them. But what really impressed us was how much they went above and beyond to help us when we suddenly had nowhere to stay for an extra night. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they went out of their way to find a solution for us, and thanks to them, we were able to stay one more night. That meant so much to us! Every member of staff we met was lovely, including the wonderful people working at breakfast. The breakfast itself was very pleasant, with a great atmosphere and everything we needed to start the day. The location is absolutely fantastic, with beautiful views of the mountains. Another big plus is the free underground parking for hotel guests, which was incredibly convenient for us. We also really enjoyed the little afternoon buffet with drinks served on the outdoor terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the amazing mountain views. It was such a lovely touch and made our stay feel even more special. This hotel is 100% worth a visit and worth every single euro we paid. We will absolutely come back the next time we visit the Dolomites!"

"Vi (familj med 2 vuxna och 2 tonåringar) bodde här i 3 nätter i Juli. Hotellet och hotellrummet är mycket fint invändigt. Utsidan är inte så vackert / charmigt som många andra byggnader i området men det har inte så stor betydelse egentligen. Vi bodde på översta våning i en etagelägenhet, med en dubbelsäng på nedervåningen och en dubbelsäng på övervåningen. Det var bara ca +20 grader dagtid under vår vistelse men trotts detta var det ganska varmt på övervåningen på natten, tonåringarna tyckte det var lite jobbigt att sova pga det. Tyvärr gick det inte att öppna takfönstret då denna var spärrad och tyvärr finns inte AC men när vi pratade med personalen levererade de snällt en golvfläkt, men tyvärr vässnades den en hel del även på lägsta hastigheten. God frukost."
