“The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.”

“Our stay was the textbook of how VRBO visits should go. Communicating with the host was easy and Tim’s responses were quick. I love the fact that our dog was welcomed, too! The condo has been updated throughout and is very clean. The location makes it easy to get to restaurants and shopping. But, the best part is the view from the deck. The deck overlooks the pool, and just beyond that is the beautiful beach. It was a perfect getaway for us!”

“OMG I can't say enough good about this property. Beautiful location, great amenities (beach, picnic area, gentle horses and donkeys). Soft beds. Very nice bed linen, fully stocked kitchen, deck with very nice furniture. The owner responded immediately to my comments and allowed me to stay 2 hrs past check-out time. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to get away in a country setting. Thanks to all who helped me. May God bless you all!”

“The location of the house is fantastic. You have quick and easy access to a semi-private beach that has plenty of sand and waves for fun in the sun. We rented chairs and umbrellas from a third party company, which I'd highly recommend — they set everything up in the mornings and take them down in the evenings, per city regulations.
