Leuke woonboot om een paar dagen te verblijven. De haven is 30-45 minuten lopen van het centrum maar bij de woonboot zijn gratis fietsen beschikbaar Uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.

Es war wirklich toll! Sehr schönes und sehr sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Hausboot im Hafen von Cagliari, dazu ein prima Parkplatz ohne Kosten, toller Service und ein sehr ausgewogenes Frühstück jeden Morgen frisch mit Tischdecke ans Boot gebracht! Wer mal etwas Anderes als Hotel möchte, dem können wir das sehr empfehlen! Wir würden das immer wieder buchen. Wichtig ist es die Infos zu lesen, also dass man einen Schritt von der Kaikante machen muss, um aufs Boot zu kommen. Für uns aber jederzeit sehr gut machbar!

The room was pretty and very unique. The personal was very attentive and friendly. Our personal Highlight was the roof terrace aswell as the breakfast! Would highly recommend staying there. The place is also easy to get to by bus!

Für Innenstadtnahe Unterbringung eine Empfehlung. Super Frühstückservice, gute Ausstattung. Ist halt wie im Wohnwagen, was für uns als Camper OK ist. Leider kein Supermarkt in der Nähe, d. h. ohne Auto viel Schleppen.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im The Homeboat Cagliari. Die Lage war angenehm ruhig und es war einfach eine sehr coole Erfahrung, einmal auf einem Hausboot zu übernachten. Hat wirklich Spaß gemacht und war mal etwas ganz anderes. Der Check-in war dank des zugesendeten YouTube-Videos kinderleicht und sehr gut erklärt. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und funktionstüchtig. Unser persönliches Highlight war das Dach mit den Liegeflächen. Eigentlich gibt es von unserer Seite keine wirkliche Kritik. Die Kaution kam für uns nur etwas unerwartet, möglicherweise stand sie aber auch in der Beschreibung und wir haben es überlesen. Sie wurde direkt nach unserem Check-out wieder zurückgesendet, daher absolut unkompliziert und auch nachvollziehbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und besonderer Aufenthalt, den wir definitiv weiterempfehlen können.

A very lovely stay close to town centre. The boat was located inside a secure marina/harbour, so nobody without access to the harbour could get close to you. Parking was available close to the boat. The kitchen had all utencils needed to make your own food. The water is... Water in a harbour, so bathing from the boat is not something we did. Beaches are close by. Would stay here again

Dadurch das wir so früh im Jahr gebucht hatten haben wir einen wirklich ansprechenden Preisvorteil erhalten. Die Lage ist Top, die Unterkunft ist kleiner als auf den Fotos anzunehmen ist, wer Camping oder Homemobiling mag kommt auf seine Kosten. Wir haben es sehr genossen und das Team vor Ort ist einfach nur super.

Sistemazione molto tipica, come essere in una barca. La dotazione delle attrezzature è completa. Certo, bisogna adattarsi perché non sei in un albergo, quindi la doccia è un po' piccola, non cìè il bidet, devi rifarti il letto da solo, gli spazi sono ristretti. Ma vuoi mettere la posizione proprio dentro al porto di Cagliari? Buona ed abbondante la colazione che ti portano all'ora concordata ed il frigo-bar è molto fornito. Il massimo è poter prendere il sole su tetto della homeboat attrezzato con sedia, sdraio ed amaca.

Our stay was a completely different experience from a regular hotel, and we really enjoyed it. Both we and our children had a wonderful time. We also traveled with our Labrador, and everything worked out perfectly. The breakfast was excellent and delivered every morning in a lovely basket. It included eggs to prepare yourself, yogurt, muesli, croissants, bread rolls, cheese, cold cuts, jam, Nutella, multivitamin juice, and more. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The houseboat was very well equipped. Complimentary coffee capsules were provided for the coffee machine, and the fridge was stocked with beer, wine, and even a bottle of Moët & Chandon, all available for purchase if desired. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our only criticism concerns the size. The Luxury houseboat is advertised as offering 70 m², but it felt much smaller in reality. We were four people, and it was already quite cramped. Although it is advertised as accommodating up to six guests thanks to the sofa bed, we honestly cannot imagine six people staying there comfortably. In our opinion, this is the perfect experience for a stay of two or three nights. Sleeping on a houseboat is something special and definitely worth trying. After that, however, we would recommend exploring the rest of Sardinia, as the island has so many breathtaking beaches and places to discover.

Sehr originelle, saubere Unterkunft auf einem schwimmenden Hausboot, mal was völlig anderes. Nach vorne hinaus gab es eine kleine, überdachte Terrasse, wo man schön frühstücken konnte, nach hinten hinaus hatte man den Blick auf das Hafenbecken und die vielen Segelboote und die Möglichkeit, über eine Leiter nach oben auf eine wunderbare Sonnenterrasse mit Sonnenschirm, Hängematte und anderen Sitz und Legemöglichkeiten hinauf zu klettern. Der Raum ist natürlich etwas begrenzt und man muss sich etwas organisieren, aber wenn man sich daran gewöhnt hat und sich gut sortiert hat, ist wirklich für alles gesorgt. Dusche und Toilette funktionieren wunderbar und es war für uns ein ausziehbar Doppelbett vorhanden. Das Hausboot besteht aus zwei Räumen und Badezimmer / Toillette. Nach vorne hinaus eine Art Wohnzimmer inklusive Wohnküche. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und sind sehr gut zurecht gekommen und das Personal war ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstück, dass uns zur gewünschten Zeit jeden Morgen in einem Korb gebracht wurde und man hatte die Möglichkeit, auch Sonderwünsche einzureichen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, für den allerdings der Vermieter überhaupt nichts konnte, war, dass während unserer Urlaubswoche gleichzeitig vor unserer Haustür ein Schnellbootrennen stattfand und entsprechend laut war. Das Angebot an sich ist aber sehr originell und schon was besonderes und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig ok.

Novel concept on water but stationary. Some rocking of boat due to weather. Exterior had been damaged in storm the day before. Cozy small space but fine for a couple. Nice touch with excellent breakfast basket. Not much of a view - big window opens facing dock and shore. Came in winter so mostly kept things closed up and heat on. Experience would surely be different in summer. Stayed twice in different units. First was with bunk bed, and top bunk was awkward for adult getting in and out on small ladder. Second had pull out double bed that would have obstructed bathroom access. So didn't pull it out, slept one on sofa instead which worked well very comfortable. Considering small space a reduction of clutter (small decorations) would be advisable. Little plants decorations etc just get in the way. The pictures in the bathroom might be replaced for badly needed towel hooks. Access to dock is locked so have to yell through fence to office boat. Or call if you have phone service. The check in instructions are not clear from the platform. The contact method is not specified. the office location is not apparent, the entrance gate to the office is securely locked (which is ok however, not accessible to get to the office) even for repeat customers. Some marina and dog walking noises at night and excessive noise throughout the night by the late light partiers. White noise is recommended during summer nights.
