The food at Sea Cat Restaurant was decent, and the breakfast was okay, but there were several extra charges that really took away from the experience. The hotel shuttle costs $55 per person, each way, plus a 15% tax. For a family, that adds up incredibly fast. Paying $126.50 round trip for one person is excessive, especially when the hotel...

“I really wanted to love this property because the location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We stayed here from June 16–23 with a group of seven. During our stay, our section of the property experienced repeated power outages while other areas of the hotel still had electricity. We also went two nights without hot water. We found insects in our room during our stay. I understand that this is a tropical destination and seeing an occasional bug is expected, but...

“Best all inclusive in west bay”

“If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay.”

“Air conditioning was fantastic. The staff was amazing. The property was older so it could definitely benefit from a makeover but….. the bed was super comfy the pillows were comfy. Our shower head was clogged and they replaced it immediately. The view and beach was 10/10. For the price point it was amazing. ”
