The staffs at the front desk were not professional. Their work was too clumsy. I had to wait a long time when I requested something there because the staff forgot it. In spite of that, just the concierge is very nice and efficient. Also, I don't recommend to use the tour service agency which is located at the lobby of the hotel. It's over-charged and the contents are very poor.

Great hotel in Safe Location
This hotel was very pleasant and made our trip to Egypt memorable. The staff was great, the roombclean and the breakfast buffet terrific. It is in a safe environment which is paramount in Egypt. We were here as a member of a tour group and happy they chose this hotel as our base. There are a half dozen restuaurants adjacent to the hotel grounds which made it very convenient.

My room heater was not working. After letting them they said they will look for it. We had to call 7-8 times. Each time we were told we will be given a new room. Finally got a new room on next day. Also each day the rooms comes with 2 tiny small water bottle. They kindda force people to buy water from their restaurant at high price. This kind of cheap things is not acceptable from big hotel. The service is very bad
The parking is not free I had a problem in my key, I wasn’t able to open the door, for 4 days the service team keep promising it will be repaired and when I ask to switch the room my request been ignored
