“We have been coming for the past five years and we are very happy with the attractions included as we are a family with kids. However we see a slight downfall in the sense that when we start coming also aqualiandia was included (no longer). Terra Mitica had an uplift however. But now the parking is no longer included (inside) which made the entrance horrible - and more expensive for us as the hotel is located far from the city and it’s a must with parking. So although the hotel had a nice...

“Had a good time at the Charm Beach Retreat! Just be aware that the hotel is about a 15-minute bus ride from the city centre and is in more of a residential area, which can be a bit frustrating if you want to be going back and forth to your hotel.

“Bra”

“Fint rum med trevlig terrass. Fantastisk frukost.”

“Tudo muito bom! Quarto ótimo e café da manhã maravilhoso!”

“With help from fantastic personnel we could change to a room that we really enjoyed at their main hotel castelar palace. The room and the service were fanrtasic: friendly and helpfull in evereway. We shall most certainly come back to this wondeful hotel.”

“Fantastisk frukost, bra rum. Trevlig personal.”
