“The photos of this small apartment in the pretty bay of Cala Morell are very flattering and far from reality. The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... In short, the apartment could be attractive if it were better maintained, but...

“nous sommes venus une grande semaine à Minorque pour découvrir l'ile en marchant(ville et campagne) et en voiture. Nous avons été conseillé par Maria de façon très pro et pour découvrir l'ile et pour les restaurants. A notre arrivée et ce n'est pas un détail plusieurs prises étaient équipées de prises anti moustiques cecqui évidemment faciliter notre première nuit. Merci à Maria pour sa disponibilité et son efficacité.”
