Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in every room and in the living room, fan, heating, washing machine, TV, as well as books and toys for children. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The house cameras are not active; they are only activated in case of emergency and can be covered if you wish. The cameras are located at the entrance staircase and at the living room entrance. Beach and pool towels are provided. This property has recycling rules; more information is available on site.
