“There were so many things wrong with this hotel, from the air conditioning, not working, to the doors, not closing, and locking properly, to the smells of oilfield workers in the rooms. This hotel is a no go for any future trips to Corpus Christi. The saddest thing about this hotel, besides all the complications we had was that ridiculous excuse of a breakfast that they provided. Would’ve been better to not provide anything at all than to insult guests in such a manner. Buyer beware about ever...

“Place was falling apart.. no other way to put it. Pillow and sheets were dirty. Used soap on the counter bathroom door was falling apart and had a hole in it and it just was a horrible place.. I ended up walking across the street and booked another hotel to stay the night. My son found mold in the bathroom and the floor was collapsing in on itself by the door.. Do not recommend to anyone ”

“The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame.
There was no comfortable seating.
The bed was old very soft.
We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed.
The floors were in terrible condition.
The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty

“Booking did not show remodeling. Pool, hot tub and everything was unavailable. I ran out of toilet paper and asked the front desk for more. They said they would send it to my room. Over an hour later I had to go back to the same person and the front desk and ask again. Poor amenities and service. Hotel was dirty from construction. Worst experience ever at a Residence Inn and there was no price adjustment. It should have been closed. ”

“Hotel has a nice look to it when walking in. However that’s where it ended.
The second floor hallway smelled musty when we got out of the elevator. That smell never went away.
The room was ok although some things didn’t work.
The phone did not work. Mentioned to front desk a few times but was never fixed.
The sink had a white crust over the faucets.there is a water leak when the water was turned on that was never fixed.
Floor in bathroom was quite slippery even when dry. Seems like the...
