It features 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, lounge, and a ground floor bathroom. A beautiful terrace invites you to enjoy moonlit evenings.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, and a crib for children. The villa offers panoramic views of Mount Limbara (1300 m), easily accessible by car, bike, or on foot, and overlooks the Alcumissu estate’s oak, strawberry tree, and juniper forest.



Outside, relax on private terraces—both covered and open—and immerse yourselves in the natural surroundings. The outdoor pool and shower provide refreshment on warm days.



Parking includes shared spaces within the property. During your stay, you can access the woodland for relaxation or meditation among beautiful granite rocks, and enjoy children’s games and books. Events are allowed only with prior approval from the owners. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa and throughout the property. A gas barbecue is available for your use.



Yoga classes, excursions, and diving trips to Tavolara and Asinara islands (about 120 km away) are available upon request for an additional fee.
