PARTY ROOM
The new PARTY ROOM in the basement is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, stage, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8pm to 4am. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
Standing tall at the Junction of Ditosa Circle is Villa Calangute Phase 17 also called Villa Calangute Resort. This opulent boutique villa spans over 2000m2 of lush greenery and is ideally located just a 10 minute walk from the famous Calangute Beach, North Goa.
At first, the villa looks very traditional with rustic laterite stone pillars and taupe walls but you soon realize it has a modern twist. Much like its architecture, the building first runs parallel to the road and then midway changes orientation and straightens up. This architectural marvel intrigues the mind and this element of surprise runs throughout the property. As you walk through the villa, you tend to notice all the small personal touches and attention to details thus inspiring romance, relaxation and ensuring guests have a wonderful stay.
Villa Calangute Phase 17 has 12 individually designed rooms. This listing is for renting out 14 of the 16 rooms, if you require more rooms do let us know. Standard décor is an off-white palette with pops of color on the feature wall and upholstery. Paying homage to our ideal location; each room’s color palette is inspired by the beach with yellow representing the sun and sand, green palm trees and blue the water.

14 BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has 2 bedside tables with mood lighting, fitted wardrobe with hangers and drawers, dressing table and stool with large vanity mirror and a laptop desk with chair. Being a small, independent villa, we can give you the personal touch, look into the finer details that will make your day special and form memories that will last a lifetime.
14 BATHROOMS
The bathrooms are tastefully designed and all your comforts taken into consideration from the table top wash basins, large granite counters, retractable clothes lines, 8” rain showers to large vanity mirrors with beautiful lighting. There are bathrooms on the ground floor, with lowered sink and toilets with grab rails and supports ideal for disabled and elderly guests. The Superiors bathrooms have bathtubs and Deluxe bathrooms have walk-in showers.
KITCHEN
There is an indoor commercial kitchen which is exclusively used by our in-house 'Professional Chef' - who is well versed in Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking and cannot be used by the general public/guests as it has commercial burners. You can book the chef for an additional cost. We understand guests may wish to cook their own food at the premises so for this reason we have kept an outdoor kitchen with 4 burners with basic utensils for guest to use for no extra cost. In addition, tea/coffee along with a kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave are kept in the living room area along with cutlery, crockery and Beer/ wine/ whiskey/ water glasses.
DINING & AC LIVING ROOM
Guests have private exclusive use of the living and dining room area. The majestic living room is adorned with chandeliers and has enough seating for all your group to gather around and watch a movie or play a game. The large dining table is great for having a large feast with all the group spread around the table.
GARDEN
The gated villa is compounded and has a large garden, ideal for an evening barbecue by the swimming pool. The whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The charming garden is very pretty and well-tended. The large lawn area caters well for mixed age groups with lots of space to run around and have a game of badminton or basketball. The pool is surrounded by sun beds to sit back and relax or take a dip in the swimming pool. A private gazebo at the back of the villa which offers guests the option of dining outdoors.
PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL
If the rigors of the beach prove too much, your own exclusively private swimming pool, with kid's pool and sun loungers are on hand. The delightful swimming pool has a safe beach style entry and is complemented by two Elephant Showers which spout water from its trunk into the swimming pool allowing you to cool off after basking in the sun. The 12 meter by 5 meter swimming pool has an attached 3 meter by 4 meter kid’s pool and 4m by 2m Jacuzzi with overflowing waterfall, great for a back massage. Pool towels are provided. The dilemma is whether to hang around the pool or take a 10 minute walk to the sea and beach!
HOUSEKEEPING
-Done daily for 4 hours.
-Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
-We have provided you with lodging with no meals.
SECURITY
Each villa has a digital safe to keep your belongings secure. The villa property is gated and has a night time security guard that patrols the area. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security.
☆ Washroom - We provide Kimirica (Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Lotion) self-care products at our villa - a luxury brand that makes vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free items. Savlon hand wash & toilet rolls are provided and replenished.
OCCUPANCY
The price mentioned is for 28 people based on double occupancy in 14 AC bedrooms, we will lock the additional 2 bedrooms and they wont be used by another party. Any person above 28 will be given a mattress and charged INR 1000 per person per night, this is payable on arrival.

There are 3 Superiors Rooms with king-size beds, and 11 Deluxe Rooms consisting of 6 king-size bedrooms and 5 twin bedrooms. Each room is individually named inspired by the beach and sea vibe. These 14 rooms are located on the ground, first and second floor, don't worry there is a lift.
