“Clean and nice room”

“Best value in Calgary - outdoor pool and hot tub were clean with lots of chairs and space to relax and get a resort feel in the middle of the city ! I had no clue or preconceived notions about this hotel before check in and I was BLOWN AWAY at how great the staff was -price of room and amenities - definitely will return !!!”

“After staying there a second time they decided to fraud me $88.80 hoping I wouldn't notice on my credit card. They retured the $100.00 hold on my credit card. Right after they charged me $88.80 so I called them to inform them of their mistake. I was told to contact the manager but they refused to give me a phone number saying the manager was not on site but gave me an email that was completely bogus. Do not trust the low price it is a scam to charge later and hope the customer does not notice....
