“The hotel was clean and looked newly renovated. Check in was fast and easy. The lady who checked us in named “Cate” was kind, professional, and efficient. Eleanore the Night Auditor was also personable and polite. Eleanore had great customer service skills and is an asset to the hotel. Check out was also fast and easy. Well done team. ”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good clean. We did not have the room cleaned . During our stay. The hotel staff were fantastic with anything we needed. They would bring it to our room right away. They did run out of pillows for the pull out bed. The only thing we did not like were the amount of children what were up at late hours making a mess of the lobby and gathering around. I guess that could be blamed on their parents. ”
