Inside, the common areas are comfortable and elegantly decorated. Designed to accommodate two people, the apartment features a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. The living room, in an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, offers fluidity and space optimisation, ideal for preparing your meals or simply enjoying leisure time.



Located in a quiet rural area, we recommend renting a car to explore the island with freedom and convenience. The property has a designated parking space within its perimeter, ensuring security and practicality.



From here, you can easily discover the charms of Madeira. At the western tip, the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse offers one of the island's most majestic sunsets. The charming village of Prazeres is an invitation to explore: local gastronomy, the Pedagogical Farm and various leisure activities make the visit memorable.



For nature enthusiasts and hikers, trails such as the Levada dos Marinheiros and the Levada da Serra are within a short distance, whilst the Fonte do Bispo and the famous Rabaçal area, with its impressive levadas and waterfalls, are also easily accessible.
