“La arquitectura del hotel es muy adoc a lo que se encuentra en el centro de Puebla siguiendo con la línea de edificios a su alrededor, la ubicación es muy buena, los principales puntos importantes del centro quedan muy accesibles caminando y segura por la noches, el personal muy atento y amable, no tuvimos problemas con los servicios que ofrecen ni de ningún tipo.”

“H Santiago is located 1/2 block from the Zocalo and Cathedral. Plenty of shopping options and affordable eateries - some of the restaurants in this area are pricey. Staff are attentive and certainly keep the areas and room clean.”
