“The room was lovely. The hotel is beautiful. We had a room in the actual building not in one of the outbuilding/cabins unfortunately because we were there just at the opening of season. The restaurant and bar were not up yet. Travel to other restaurants is good 10 to 15 minutes or longer. The pool was not open yet of course but during season, I’m sure it’s lovely and the staff was kind and very attentive.”

“Mögellukt och många stora fuktfläckar i taket och ner på väggarna. Tapeten hade t.o.m. släppt från väggarna runt om i hela rummet ! Baren var stängd trots att det var lördag kväll. Inomhuspoolen stängd. Helt oengagerad personal i receptionen. Det i särklass sämsta hotellet jag bott på under många år !”

“The hotel was clean, convenient to the World Resort where we attended an event, next to a small mall and breakfast was included. The downside is the shades didn’t cover the window so the sun shined into the room at the crack of dawn.”

“Great place, they just redid the rooms!! Very very quiet , which i love!! Owners are amazing , I've stayed here a few times and enjoyed it everytime!! Oh and i had an excellent burger at the restaurant!!! Definitely will be staying there again. Bonus , I opened the door sunday morning to deers grazing in the field 100 ft away!!! AWESOME!!!! Just ask for Savannah shes great!!!”

“I like how the woods for the fire pit. Room is clean and cozy. We were there for a night. Great for a getaway.”

“The waterpark personnel are very helpful, the kids enjoyed all the activities at the the park, specially the surfing class, all instructors were amazing with the children. The room was nice and clean. I wish there was more activities kid friendly when the waterpark is closed. The restaurants are ok. For some reason there was not enough staff at dinner time and the staff available were overwhelmed.”

“We had a great trip here. It is about a mile and a half from Bethel Woods, so if you are going to a show, it is the best spot there is. Great place”

“The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.”

“The positive reviews are true! I’m particular about accommodations but Tyler Inn was really great. Rooms were very tended to and spotless (we stayed in Beach Boys). The breakfast was also really good - full of eggs, fruit, pancakes etc. All tasty! Kids loved it and we’ll be coming back again next time we visit Bethel. Thanks for this gem!”

“The hotel was advertised to have a 24 hour desk. Had to make a call and wait for someone to get checked in. The hotel was in need of major maintenance and repairs. It actually should not be open until the remodel was completed. TV didn’t work. No hair dryer. There were missing drawers. Flooring and walls in need of replacement. Burn marks on the bedding and a strong stale cigarette smoke in the air. I went to check out at 9am the next am, scheduled time for the front desk to open, and no one...

“The place is in a beautiful spot but totally run down. The staff does not care about the guests and will do nothing to help. No coffee until like 7:45 if you’re lucky. No complimentary coffee as advertised. Really disappointed all around. Place is so old and smelly. If you like nursing homes than you might enjoy staying. Sorry but true. Also would have been nice to know that they bus in inner city kids with one chaperone. I mean the kids were pretty nice but over ran the lobby and pool areas and...
