Had two nights here. Very comfortable bed and lovely bed linen exceptionally clean and great breakfasts. On the whole we had a really good weekend.

Outstanding stay
Great stay. Although venue, breakfast, comfort all excellent, what makes the heritage outstanding is the owner. Ellie goes the extra mile to ensure her guests have a great stay. For example I expressed an interest in beekeeping and baking- the next minute she was introducing us to her bees and giving an impromptu lesson on bread making! Thanks for making us so welcome!

Ellie was very accomadating, breakfast was 1st class, I'm fussy about a comfortable bed and I certainly wasn't disappointed when we stayed at the Heritage Bed and breakfast.I'd recommend it, and next time we're down will definitely stay again.

Simply a beautiful place to stay
This is a beautifully restored property with high quality rooms. I was made very welcome, recommendation on a local restaurant was spot on and breakfast was excellent, (including homemade bread and honey from their own bees). Although I stayed on business, it’s certainly a place for couples to visit, especially for a special weekend. I wouldn’t hesitate to return when next in the area.

Just to say this was best luxury bed and breakfast
It was a cosy and beautiful and a very nice welcome it was nice like home from home so I am giving a 5 star with every thing you wanted and 5 star for breakfast as it was all homemade and fresh so yes I like to come back
