We are just a few minutes' walk from Calolziocote station, served by direct trains to and from Milan, Lecco, the lake and Valtellina. Even the city center can be easily reached on foot, with a pleasant walk in a pedestrian area full of shops and services. A convenient and strategic starting point for excursions, days on the lake or business trips .
Composition and equipment
The apartment, on the third floor (without elevator) of an elegant building with access from a private road, has been recently renovated with fine finishes and a very generous size.
It is accessed through a private entrance with private garage and additional parking space, and then goes up to the third floor without an elevator .
At the entrance there is a large bright living room: on the left the relaxation area with a 3-seater sofa and chaise longue in front of a 64" TV, on the right the dining table for 4—6 people and a French door that leads to a livable terrace with a beautiful view of the lake.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped: built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine .
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, sink, bidet, toilet)
a second double bedroom with wardrobe
a bedroom with two single beds
a second large bathroom with a 1.80 m walk-in shower

The equipment is completed by: air conditioning (in all rooms except the one with single beds), fast Wi-Fi , high-quality parquet floors throughout the apartment.

Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
