Marivent Apartments Llevant 3 Rooms 6 people:
The Marivent apartment building is made up of 13 apartments, most with sea view. It has elevator, garden, outdoor pool and a space with community washing machine. All apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, dining room and terrace. Extra cutlery, juicer and blender are available on request.The apartment is distributed over 3 floors. It has 3 double rooms with a 150 cm bed, two bathrooms with a hydromassage bath or shower and a toilet, as well as a dressing room. It has a Chillout with a Jacuzzi with ambient temperature water where you can rest and relax enjoying the sea view. The apartment has free wifi, safe and air conditioning. From October to May the jacuzzis in the apartments are not operational.

Smoking inside the apartment and parties are not allowed. The establishment does not have extra beds. Within the price of the apartment is included sheets, towels, toiletries for all people in the reservation and a parking place for one car. Cot available on request (10€/night). Pets are allowed (dogs and cats) if requested in advance and for a supplement of 30€ per pet per night (maximum 15Kg). Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, restaurant, beach and spa.. Marivent Apartments reserves the right to charge your credit card for any damage caused during your stay.
