Extras (not included in the price)
Available upon request:
·Final cleaning: €275 / maximum 15 working hours (you may hire the service or do it yourself).
·Bed linen and shower towels: €15 for 2 nights / €20 for more than 2 nights (price per person). Guests may bring their own or rent them from us. The use of bed linen is mandatory.
·Pets: €40 per pet for the entire stay (mandatory when pets stay at the property).

House policy
Compliance with the house rules stated in the contract is mandatory:
·Final cleaning is mandatory; guests may hire the service or do it themselves.
·Use of bed linen is mandatory; guests may rent it or bring their own.
·Garbage must be recycled and disposed of in the bins at the entrance of the property.
·Outdoor noise is allowed from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
·Leaving any type of rubbish outside is prohibited.
·Guests must shower before using the swimming pool.
·Only charcoal may be used in the barbecue.
·Pets must be declared in advance.
·Charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
·Guests must make respectful and responsible use of the house, utilities, surroundings and respect the neighbours.
·Access to the roof is prohibited.
·Any damage caused must be reported.
·Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
·Only the number of guests included in the reservation is allowed.
Failure to comply with the rules may result in financial penalties.

PAYMENTS REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN:
-Tourist tax: €1.75 per person per night from 16 years old. (Cash only.)
-Any pending contracted extras. (Cash only.)
-Remaining rental payment if previously agreed. (Cash only.)
-Security deposit for possible damages: €500. (Card payment only.)
The deposit will be refunded approximately 7 days after check-out once the property inspection has been completed and no damages have been found.
In case of damages, photographs and a cost estimate will be sent to the guest and the amount deducted from the deposit retained. If the damages exceed the deposit amount, the guest will be required to pay the difference.

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: Until 10:00 a.m.
Whenever possible, we will offer guests the possibility of early check-in and late check-out.
