LAYOUT:
The property is situated on a 1,241 m² plot and has a floor area of 220 m², flooded with light thanks to its large windows overlooking the sea.
Upon entering the property, there is a parking area for two vehicles leading to the main entrance.
The villa has three levels. On the ground floor, there is the living room, dining room and kitchen, all with sea views and direct access to the terrace. There are also three bedrooms: two of them share a large en-suite bathroom with a shower, whilst the third bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The entire ground floor opens onto the large terrace, which features a sun lounger area (6), a swimming pool with a sun deck, and an incredible Mediterranean-style outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

On the upper floor, accessed via a beautiful and comfortable staircase, is the master bedroom, featuring a large en-suite bathroom with a shower offering incredible sea views and a large, private terrace with outdoor furniture for reading or breakfast.

From the terrace on the main floor, a staircase leads down to a lovely ground-floor apartment, featuring a beautiful terrace with sea views, a small lounge with a television, a bedroom with a king-size bed, and a small bathroom with a shower.

LOCATION:
Villa Apolonia is situated in a splendid location, within walking distance of beaches, restaurants, and more. More specifically, it is 290 metres from CALA LES URQUES, 400 metres from the MARINA PORTBLANC marina and 500 metres from PUERTO BLANCO beach. Furthermore, three good restaurants are within walking distance: Restaurante Oscar (400 metres), Restaurante Puerto Blanco (400 metres) and Restaurante Maryvilla (500 metres). Just 1.5 km away by car is the town of Calpe, with all its amenities, restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches.

Almarina Villas offers additional services such as a cot and high chair for small children (€50), a baby bath (€25), and pool towels (€10 per towel).
