The Villa with private access has 2 comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, a bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet.

The master bedroom has panoramic windows allowing you to enjoy views of the Mediterranean, a large double bed with a mattress 180x210, a wood burning fireplace, a TV set and a safe with a digital lock. Daikin silent air conditioner will help to establish a comfortable temperature, and forced ventilation ensures the absence of stuffiness. Even on the brightest sunny day, electrified lowering blinds will create 100% darkness if desired.

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds 90x200, which can be combined if necessary. There is also a TV, Daikin air conditioning, ventilation and electric blinds.

Terrace - The main place in the villa, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the rocks, including the famous Penon de Ifach. On the terrace there is hot tube, an outdoor dining area with a table for 8 people and a lounge area with a sofa and two comfortable chairs.

The private pool with heating has a maximum size of 4.70 x 7.60 and a depth of 1.10 to 1.70 m and is equipped with night lighting, which creates a pleasant atmosphere after sunset.

The barbecue area has stationary charcoal grill, a sink and a worktop, as well as a gas grill Broil King, which will allow you to cook excellent juicy steaks or the freshest local fish or seafood in a few minutes.

A Nespresso coffee maker will provide you with a high-quality invigorating drink, while a kettle, a toaster and a juicer will help make breakfast on the terrace unforgettable. The kitchen also has an ice maker, which will delight you with the first ice cubes for drinks within 10 minutes after switching on
