Villa Escriva is situated in Calpe, a town with a long history and deep-rooted traditions and a popular tourist destination.
This three bedroom, three bath/shower rooms property is within walking distance of all amenities in Calpe, but it does have off road parking if you wish to hire a car and explore everything the island has to offer.
The villa is air conditioned throughout, on the ground floor you have a lounge with indoor dining facilities, which leads through to a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, from there you have two bedrooms, one double with ensuite, and a twin, a separate bathroom is also available on this floor. 
The third bedroom is access externally and features a double room and shower ensuite.
Outside you have an extensive terrace with the pool as the main feature, sun loungers surround it, to enjoy the stunning Mallocan sunshine, the property also has a brick-built BBQ and outdoor dining facilities on a covered terrace off the lounge, where you can cook up some local produce and enjoy a bottle of local wine while the sun sets.
Calpe has so much to offer, including the famous Rock of Ifach, a huge calcareous rock 332m high, Calpe itself has plenty of shops and restaurants and also beautiful sandy beaches to relax or try your hand at some water sports.
