The large plot and far reaching views make this an ideal option for families and groups to enjoy time together. 

Outside you will find a large terrace with plenty of space for sunbathing and enjoying alfresco dining. The large swimming pool forms the heard of the terrace and is surrounded by sun loungers and mature shrubs. 

If you do decide to leave the villa, the main resort of Calpe can be found just a short walk away with its large number of shops, local and international restaurants, and cafes which means your never far away from local life. 

To access the villa there is a path which is 250cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 163cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 163cm wide. There are a total of 2 steps from he lounge doors to the terrace. Overall the terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The terrace has crazy paving in places. The pool itself has both ladder and step access. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 71cm. Inside, the villa is on multiple levels.
