“Nice and quiet location that's walkable to food and shopping near by. Rooms had AC units and ceiling fans. Showers and sinks worked without issues. Invited my local family to come out from the countryside and the kids really enjoyed the pool. Two bottles of water and instant coffee packs were provided per room daily. Did not have any issues with bugs in the rooms, just the typical mosquitoes here and there. We kept the doors closed most of the time.

“The hotel is part of the Hoiana resort complex, connecting to other hotels and resorts in the same property, there's frequent buggy service between the properties. They also offer free shuttle service to Hoi An Ancient town, as well as airport, making the travel arrangements so much more easier. Breakfast buffet has great options and best of all, free pickleball courts for hotel guests. The beach is nice and clean, our room had a nice beach bview from rhe balcony. Overall a great stay and value....
“We had a fantastic three week stay here, and we have booked again for next year 😎good sized rooms with comfortable beds good shower and separate living room. Rooms were cleaned every two days with towels and bedding being changed. It is close to the river and just a ten minute walk to the old town. Great value and highly recommended.”
