“Positive: Wonderful staff, particularly the manager Sue, who is always smiling and always helpful. Nice room, and very good breakfast. Shuttle bus to An Bang beach (5 minutes from the Hotel) and sunbeds and towels there. Shuttle bus to old town. Free bikes. Negative: Cua Dai beach is under construction and not nice. We had to call every day (at 15:30) to tell them to clean our room. Cleaning of the room is basic and something you expect.”

“The staff were extremely helpful when we came by to look at the room before booking. As well as their outstanding service of helping us book a trip to Hoi An and shuttle to the airport. Their warm smiles and greetings felt welcoming every time we met a staff member compared to the hotel we had previously stayed at. The hotel driver was also extremely friendly and gave us a good insight on Da Nang history.. However, the room could have used an extra vaccum as it was extremely dusty on the floor”

In our opinion, this hotel is ok for families with children, but not for couples looking for a peaceful vacation. We were surprised that there is no pool for adults or quiet area. Every pool full of children playing with balls constantly flying over your head, making it difficult to swim or sit in the pool.
