“Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at ...

“It would be impossible to overstate how wonderful this place! A wonderful experience in all ways! Beautiful property, great staff, incredible breakfast buffet and VERY comfortable bed! Will definitely return!”

“The hotel was good , clean and the staff was great. The location not so great . Poor side of town it seemed”

Däremot var servicen under all kritik.

“The room was clean, good breakfast. It's close to the airport. Staff were friendly.”

“There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects.”

“The beach had restricted access. I wasn’t sure whether it was because of the strong tides or the lack of lifeguards.”

“Really enjoyed the property and private beach. Breakfast was delicious.”

“Such a wonderful experience staying here. It’s a brand new property, absolutely immaculate. We spent one night there and regret not being able to stay longer. We booked one of their signature “The Level” suites and with sweeping views of the mountains and sea. The staff were very attentive to our needs and made us feel truly welcome especially Hai Vy who checked us in and Thanh Thanh who checked us out. Breakfast was delicious as well! Will definitely come again!”

“Rummen var bra! Men faciliteterna runt om kring hotellet under all kritik. ”
