“Eugene the resident manager helped us out at every turn. The check-in front staff needed to see my Expedia reservation confirmation. WARNING: None of my USA Visa or MC creditcards worked at the hotel or the airport; there is an ATM on the street in front of the hotel. Eugene had to escort me to go use it to pay for my restaurant bill. But, there were at least 30 locals waiting in line and four armed security guards who let Eugene and me cut in line so that I would not miss my flight; I felt out...

“If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. No wi-fi. The mattress was wrapped in thick plastic, which was not comfortable to sleep on. There was no beer to buy in the bar/restaurant so we had to go without a drink with our meal when we didn't want red wine. Nice and helpful personal otherwise.”
