In the commune of Cambes, we offer you this charming country-style house dating from 1837 with swimming pool, with a surface area of 142 m² and able to accommodate up to 6 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 6,900 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (12 m x 5 m), open from June to the end of September, with a security system (pool alarm).
- Unenclosed grounds of 6,900 m².
- A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Cambes, in a very pleasant setting for a country holiday. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. The sea is just an hour and a half's drive away (Arcachon, Lacanau).

- Bed linen and towels included.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided (first flambé free of charge).
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- Close to main roads, with regular vehicle traffic.
- Please clean the pool daily before use.
- The house is close to a small country road which may cause noise.
