CAMBO, C211: In a recent building, a 20-minute walk from the town center and the thermal baths, this comfortable and quiet one-bedroom apartment comprises a main room with a semi-open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, etc.), a living/dining room with a sofa, TV, and dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, and a separate toilet. A terrace overlooks greenery. One private parking space is included.

No pets allowed - Internet access - Smoking permitted on the terrace.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is taken at the end of each stay (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
