The living room area includes a sofa-ottoman, under-stair storage, a TV, and Wi-Fi internet access. The fully equipped kitchen area includes a high table with three chairs, an induction hob, an extractor hood, a microwave, a refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, and cookware and tableware for two.
Upstairs, there is a sleeping area with a 140 x 190 cm mattress, storage, and a skylight.
You will particularly appreciate the private garden with its outdoor furniture.
Parking is available in the courtyard shared by the cottage (annual rental) and the main house. Close to the thermal baths and town center.

An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the Civil Code).
Subsequent guests all have 24 hours to notify us of anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our services may have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants' departure.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bath linen/set per person/one week: €5.
- End of stay cleaning for T1 Bis: €44.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
