CAMBO, C212: In a recent building, a 20-minute walk from the town center and the thermal baths, this comfortable and quiet one-bedroom apartment comprises a main room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, etc.), a living/dining room with two sofas (one a sofa bed, one a reclining sofa), TV, and dining area; a bedroom with two electric single beds (80x200 cm); a bathroom; and a separate toilet. A terrace overlooks greenery. One private parking space. Pets are not allowed.

Internet access is available.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have overlooked. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (single bed): €30.

- Towels/person/week: €8.
