Before entering, you’ll find a charming terrace covered by a kiwi vine, providing pleasant shade in summer and creating the perfect spot for breakfast or relaxing outdoors.



From the terrace, you can access the pool area, the gazebo, and the rest of the estate. The pool is shared with the other house on the property and offers a peaceful atmosphere to cool off and enjoy the surroundings.



The estate is also available for private events such as weddings, baptisms, or birthdays, upon prior arrangement with the owner.
