Stay for the view and the space

This large home is all about the views and the ability to spread out with nice space and high ceilings. Super clean with comfortable beds. If you are a light sleeper, the nightly hot tub recharge at 11:10pm will wake you, along with the water pipes noise from the drip system that comes from the laundry room /shared wall with primary bedroom. LR area has super comfortable and newer couches. The other furnishings and outdoor furniture are older and could use some attention and they could ditch all the personalized decor that takes up table space. You can hear the waves at night, 2 blocks to the ocean. Super location for hikes at Fiscalini.

Enjoyed all the amenities, beautiful view, location to beach Lovely furniture and lots of it… Would have liked food wrapping supplies. Aluminum foil or plastic bags. Saran Wrap. Seamless check in and check out. All in all we had a Fabulous time..

Family vacation

This spacious house has everything you need. We enjoyed a memorable time together in the open living/dining/kitchen floor of the house and yet each had their own space on the other floors. We had to drive down the hill to the beach trail only because we weren’t sure if we could make it back up the hill after doing the trail. It’s easy enough for younger stronger hikers probably.

Yosemite house

We enjoyed our stay here. Check out was a little early at 10:00 and we couldn't control the thermostat inside the house, but otherwise a nice vacation house. Lots of animals including wild turkey and deer right on the property! Clean hot tub and fire pit was fun.

Cambria Getaway

We normally stay in Cambria on the other side of the preserve. This is an older, more rugged area. Very hilly with a wide array of quality of homes. This home has wonderful views. The common area is the strength of this rental. Pictures and descriptions on the website were appropriate. Could use new carpet. Also, some mold in the lower levels caused some of our allergies to rebel. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and found the rental quite livable.

Gorgeous House.

This house was truly lovely. There were ocean views from basically every room. There was a jacuzzi and fully stocked kitchen. Taking it a step further, it was an incredibly comfortable home. Beautiful reading chairs and foot stools and tables everywhere. Very comfortable couches. Just a great stay.

Gorgeous views

This property was exactly as advertised. Quiet little neighborhood with gorgeous ocean views, especially at sunset! Lots of room, different areas to hang out and relax, huge deck with a hot tub, fully stocked kitchen. Just a short drive to see the elephant seals, Moonstone beach, and the cute downtown Cambria area. This was the perfect weekend getaway for our small group of friends, we would definitely stay here again.

A great 50th anniversary week.

Beautiful hone with outstanding ocean views.

Six people stayed four days. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms and laundry room downstairs, great room and kitchen on main level. Loft with sleeper sofa and full bathroom on top floor.all three couples stayed in the downstairs bedrooms , but one couple had to go up two sets of stairs to have their own bathroom. It was fine for our group, bu be aware , there are stairs. Overall a lovely day xperience. Vertical blinds should probably be replaced.

Awesome Weekend

We thought the property was beautiful! It was very clean and so spacious! Our only complaint was no basics like bar soap in the showers and foil, etc in the kitchen. Other than that it was perfect!

We Needed An Escape To Relax

This was our second time renting this home. The neighborhood and views are wonderful. And seeing the deer wondering around was a bonus. The house is always inviting and comfortable. I was quite impressed on how the property management handled a minor issue we had. We called because of an issue with the hot tub. They sent someone out immediately and fixed the problem. Great customer service is a bonus!

House was beautiful!

House was beautiful as shown in pictures. A few tweeks could have made our stay a bit better though. In the kitchen, I pulled the cutting board out to use and there were bread crumbs on it . Normally I wouldn't even mention this but we are in Covid times so that was kind of disturbing to me and made me question if the kitchen was fully sanitized. One bathroom had zero toilet paper and another was very low so we had to go buy some along with salt because shakers were almost empty so you may want to bring those items just in case. Master bedroom tv has no sound. Lastly, parking in the garage was difficult so a heads up on that would have been nice. Scraped the bottom of my car backing out of driveway so that was really disappointing and upsetting, you may want to park on the street. As for the property management company, I found them to be great and checking in and out was very easy.

Excellent place to stay

The house was beautiful and well designed for everyone to flow. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was excellent being half a block from a gorgeous, huge park with amazing views of the ocean. The spa was a great bonus. We enjoyed it very much.

Cambria with our grandson

The one ask of our grandson was a hot tub. We spent lots of time in it for sure! The views from both patios were spectacular. We enjoyed watching families of deer and quail all around us. The house was quite comfortable. Beds were amazing. Just a quick walk to the ocean to explore and trail hike around the shoreline. The ladies had massages nearby while the guys went golfing. Wonderful fresh seafood. Cute shops downtown. We had a fantastic time during our stay with our family. Our AT&T cell phones did not have service though we were able to use the home's land line. The WiFi enabled us to FaceTime and text with our other family with AT&T service. We were told Verizon has the big tower in the area. The Property Manager was great to work with. They were very responsive with questions. Super fun time in Cambria.
