A stunning newly refurbished 2 bedroom home with courtyard garden, situated in a popular residential and central location just off Mill road. The house accommodates a maximum of four people with free on street parking.

You have easy pedestrian access to the city centre, train station, local pubs and array of Mill Road amenities.

This lovely cottage has two double bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a dedicated desk area, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. There’s also a private outdoor area to enjoy.

Please note as this is a traditional old cottage, the stairs are steeper than more modern properties. They`re part of the cottages original character but may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility and small children should be monitored. There is a small step outside each of the bedrooms.

Street parking is available on the street outside the cottage and on nearby streets, although spaces can be limited because of the central location. Availability can vary, but parking often becomes easier after 5pm. If you need to park a short walk away when you arrive, generally you are able to move your vehicle closer later in the evening.
Please ensure children are monitored at all times especially near the stairs as there is no banister. Thank you!
