The Space:
This contemporary townhouse features an open-plan living room and kitchen, complete with French doors leading to a sunlit courtyard. The first floor houses a double bedroom, a twin room with two beds and a full family bathroom. On the second floor, there’s an additional double bedroom and a second full bathroom. Additional amenities include a dining room, cloakroom, gas-fired central heating and double-glazed windows for year-round comfort.

Mitcham’s Corner provides a variety of local shops, while outdoor activities like swimming and tennis can be enjoyed at nearby Jesus Green.

Once your booking is confirmed, rest assured that our price rates include fresh linen, soft towels, and the final cleaning fee. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra charge. You’ll have the entire property to yourselves throughout your stay. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO REVIEW THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO BOOKING. We have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. We operate a self-check-in system and cannot meet our guests to check their IDs and verify guests in person. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
SAFETY & SECURITY: Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, we retain the right to charge a penalty fee. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Thank you, we really appreciate your co-operation!
A £350 security deposit hold will be placed on your card two days before check-out and released after your stay, provided no issues are identified. Funds typically return within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank. This does not apply to Airbnb bookings. For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out. Please do not wash our linens or towels, as they require professional laundering. Charges may apply for unauthorised washing, excessive soiling, or replacement of damaged items. Additional charges may also apply if the property is left in an unreasonable condition at check-out, such as excessive rubbish being left behind or dishes and cookware not being cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher.
