The house consists of:

- 1 room with two single beds (90 cm)

-1 room with a double double bed (150 cm)

- Fully equipped dining room with double sofa bed

- Complete bathroom with bathtub

- Kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker.

- Terrace with sea views

- Area with a small garden and parking included in the open air within the residential (space not assigned)

-Building without elevator (3rd floor).

-Pets are not allowed

-The optional Wi-Fi and you have to request it when you make the reservation, (€ 5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.

House's rules:

1º. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2º.The apartment is rented with sheets (optional towels €4 pax)

3º.Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 5:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00 a.m.).

Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left in its place.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.

6º.It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. Stay tax: €1 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
