Primrose B är en charmig lägenhet med 3 sovrum vid havet och ligger på Cove (Glen Cove), fantastisk utsikt över vattnet, tillgång till havet och parkering på plats.
Fastigheten ligger på Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine. 2 miles norr om centrum av Rockland, 5 mil söder om centrum av Camden och en kilometer från Samoset Resort and Country Club.
Fastigheten har Wi-Fi och HBO, Showtime och NFL Network.
Vakna upp till soluppgång varje morgon, spektakulär utsikt över Penobscot Bay och öarna bortom. Se soluppgången när en annan vacker dag utspelar sig i Maine. Vattentillgång bakom huset till den lilla sandstranden i Clam Cove där man kan samla massor av havsglas och havsskatter. Nya uppgraderingar 2017, kök med nya apparater, bänkskivor i granit, frukostbar, nya vardagsrumsmöbler, TV-apparater, trägolv. Exteriör uppgraderar större däck med nya däckmöbler för att njuta av familjeservering på havet.
Uppvärmd utomhuspool (säsongsöppen) bara en två minuters promenad belägen på vår systerfastighet Claddagh Motel & Suites öppet dagligen i mitten av juni till Labor Day.
Poolen är öppen i mitten av juni till Labor Day helgen från 10: 00-20: 00 dagligen.
Primrose Apartment B har två våningar med tre sovrum och två badrum.
På övervåningen finns det två sovrum med en king size-säng i varje sovrum och ett badrum med dusch och badkar.
Nedervåningen finns ett drottning sovrum, badrum med dusch, vardagsrum och helt nytt kök 2017, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och altandörrar på däck.
Den nedre sovrummet kanske inte lämpar sig för par eftersom det inte är för privat. Alla sovrum har luftkonditioneringsapparater och vita ljudmaskiner.
Från köket kan du komma åt däck som har 6 fåtöljer, stort bord av glas och gasgrill med sidovändare.
Utsikten från däck är vidöppen hav och däck har också integritetsstängsel på båda sidor för att säkerställa gästens integritet.

Primrose B är rökfritt, rökfritt och inga husdjur tillåtna på fastigheten. Rökning är inte tillåten på däck eller nära fastigheten.

Our first trip to Maine. We were blessed with gorgeous weather, a nice house and a private beach! Very central location, lots of lighthouses, restaurants and things to do

We did a fair amount of tide pooling at low tide. Lots of critters to be found!

We had a wonderful time in Rockport, Rockland, Thomaston and Camden, easily accessable from this house. The deck overlooks the loveliest view. Sunset was glorious with colors and sailboats and two sweet herons. The property is comfortable and sparklng clean. The only tricky part is that in order to get to the bedrooms upstairs, you have to walk through the third bedroom which can be awkward if the person in that room wants to sleep in. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked. The hosts are accessible and even checked in with us to see if we needed anything.

Alex and Siobhán were gracious hosts and very accommodating. Easy to reach and quick to repond if there was an issue that came up (only one minor issue). The home was very cozy and loctated on a quiet street (some noise from Route 1 can be heard throughout the day but not a major distraction). We rented a three bedroom unit with two bathrooms (1 w/shower, 1 w/ tub). Kitchen is spacious and leads out to the deck that has a view of the ocean. Can walk down to the private beach and relax, watch sailboats, high/low tides and enjoy the scenery. Can star gaze at night as well. The home is in close proximity to a medical facility, grocery store and plenty of sightseeing adventures. Stayed seven days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again on a future visit.

My Nannie Bowdens house

It has been so wonderful staying with my husband an s children and grandchildren in the house that my Nannie lived in for over 40 years and I spent every summer Now we are here to bury my mom and it has been such a sweet joyful time of making even more memories there is no better place in the whole state of maine and our hosts have been so kind and gracious

Beautiful location

The location, deck, and views of the cove are great. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor grill worked well. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable, but I thought that there could be less decorative pillows and knickknacks to make space for personal items. Overall, we had a great stay and the hosts are very responsive and friendly.

Perfect spot for a summer getaway

Simply beautiful!!

Such a beautiful property! Our flight got a bit late and Alex and Siobhán were gracious and kind. They met us with the keys and went over the information needed. Because it was dark when we arrived, we were so amazed to see the beautiful views when we awoke. We were close to shops and amazing restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

Rockport Coastal Stay

We had a wonderful time. A quaint location on the ocean with a private beach. Beautiful views. Plenty of room to spread out. Lots of amenities so we didn't need to get anything other than groceries. My only real knock would be to have a cupboard for food items, since the bar was for eating and the counter space was fairly full.
