Loftet är en charmig, ljus och solig lägenhet vid ett sovrum vid havet belägen på Cove (Glen Cove) med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet, med tillgång till havet, parkering på plats och en två minuters promenad till en uppvärmd utomhuspool på vår systerfastighet.
Denna hyra ligger på Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine, 2 mil norr om centrum av Rockland, 5 mil söder om centrum av Camden och en kilometer från Samoset Resort och Country Club Golf Course.
Uthyrning med ett sovrum vid vattnet, med spektakulär utsikt över Penobscot Bay, vackra soluppgångar, månbelysta nätter och öarna bortom.
Loft har två berättelser. På övervåningen stort kung sovrum, badrum med duschkabin och en TV. (NFL. Network, HBO & Showtime)
Bottenvåningen kök, bänkskivor i granit, sittgrupp med en kärleksplats och en andra tv.
Kungens sovrum har också en klimatkontrollmaskin och en vit ljudmaskin.
Loftet har trådlöst internet och gratis fjärrsamtal för USA och Kanada.
Panoramautsikt med dörr i glas som leder till däck med en gasgrill med utsikt över Cove och öarna bortom. Vakna upp till en fantastisk soluppgång och fantastisk utsikt medan du njuter av ditt morgonkaffe på däck. Simma i havet eller ta ett dopp vid vår uppvärmda pool som ligger vid vår systerfastighet, bara två minuters promenad från loftet.
Poolen är öppen i mitten av juni till Labor Day helgen från 10: 00-20: 00 dagligen.
Tillträde till havet på plats, ta en promenad på den lilla sandstranden eller gå på jakt efter havsglas när tidvattnet är ute. Vi är belägna i mitten av kusten Maine halvvägs mellan Portland och Bar Harbor. 2 mil norr om Rockland, 5 mil söder om Camden och 3. 5 miles från Rockport byn. Vi accepterar inte husdjur eller tillåter husdjur på någon av våra egenskaper. Alla våra fastigheter är helt rökfria och icke-vaping, ingen rökning eller vaping är tillåtet nära byggnaden eller på däck.

The loft was very cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. Well appointed, very clean and the bed was so big and comfortable with beautiful views of the cove. Alex and Siobhan were attentive hosts. We were close to Camden, Rockport and Rockland. Great dining choices and beautiful lighthouses as well as various art galleries. We would definitely return again.

A wonderful property. Not huge but a great size for 2 people! The view was terrific (saw seals we believe just beyond the sandbar at almost every tide opportunity in addition to the birds at the shore - the woodchuck and the squirrel at times in the backyard). Amenities were great - appliances, furnishing, wireless & TV. The hosts were wonderful, great communication and some hints on local options. Would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

Outstanding Experience--as Usual!

My wife & I have known Alex & Siobhan for at least 15 years--we stayed in rooms at their former Claddagh Motel as well as suites, but we've stayed mostly at the Primrose B with our two kids & now twice at the Loft (just my wife & me). These innkeepers are the friendliest you'll ever encounter. The Loft has been available only a handful of years--but it's been immaculately appointed, including an incredibly comfy bed, well-stocked kitchen, & a private deck with excellent grill & the same magnificent view of the cove as we enjoyed in the Primrose B. If you think you'll like seeing the most gorgeous sunrise (at around 5 a.m.!), then this is the place. And when it's low tide, you can walk across the cove for maybe 1/4 of a mile & collect quahog shells or otherwise enjoy a restful, meditative slosh on a sunny day. The accommodations are incredibly comfy, & our innkeepers are the very best of people!

Comfy and scenic

Property was perfect for a stay of two. Morning coffee was enjoyed with a beautiful view of the water and comfy patio chairs. Second story bedroom loft had a wall of windows to showcase the ocean view. It was noted that the property owners put thought into every amenity.

Quick stay

The stay was unfortunately related to a family medical emergency but the unit provided just what we needed. The main floor is tight but the loft bedroom is very spacious. The view is wonderful, though it is close to Route 1 so a little noisy with road noise while sitting on back deck

This was by far one of the best places we have ever stayed , it was so well decorated and stocked with anything you would need. Spotlessly clean and really felt like home. If I ever get back to Maine it will be my go to place to stay

Great view and shore access

The bath and very comfortable bed are a flight of stairs upstairs. Everything looked new. Shampoo and body wash are not provided but there is a grocery store nearby. Dishes and utensils must be hand washed. There’s a dish drainer below the sink to help in the process. A luggage rack or two would help.

The Loft is very conveniently located ~ half way between Portland and Bar Harbor just off Highway 1 and over looks Glen Cove. Great location to stay if you want to do day trips to any of the local towns or travel travel to Bar Harbor / Acadia or down to the shops in Freeport. Inside and out it was well maintained and clean as a pin. Excellent communication with Alex and Siobahn and they answered all of our questions and gave us some great suggestions on local sites to see. The view from the deck and the bedroom is amazingl!!! King size bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend and we plan on returning next year!!! Andy & Sandra

Labor Day weekend

Cozy Loft

This small apartment is one of three that share a back yard and beach. It has its own private little balcony with grill and two chairs with small table. The stairs lead to a beautifully decorated loft, overlooking the water and we loved the view. The shower was spacious with a bench, and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the amenities to make meals when needed. There was a small couch to sit in front of the television. The air condition worked well which was very important to my husband because the days there were hot. The owners were kind and gave directions to see three light houses, and they checked in to make sure we were okay with toiletries and such. The location was very convenient, near the main road, yet in the back yard it felt isolated. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cute place to anyone looking at it! :)

Great stay

Alex and Siobhan were great hosts and very communicative. Property was as expected. While updating the house to electronic check in would be slightly easier, Alex was exceptionally helpful and understanding of our late arrival, and check in and check out were simple and easy. Would happily recommend or stay again.
