When you arrive you are told to give your credit card information for a $100 “incidental fee” that is “refundable”. Keep this in mind. Right off the bat we were placed in the wrong room. “We had a great one night stay stay in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The service at breakfast and the front desk was exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. My husband who has traveled a lot and stayed at five star hotels for work over the years thought the service was at a five star hotel level. We can highly recommend.”
