Other things to take into account



- There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200.



- Please note that for stays exceeding 30 nights, a fair use policy for public services will be applied up to a limit of €80.



- We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy (shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.

- The facilities can only be used by guests registered in the booking



- The checkout time is at 11am, staying outside the scheduled time without prior notice and authorization from your host will result in an extra fee of 25€ for each late checkout hour.



- All guests must complete a registration form in accordance with local laws in Portugal. This form will be sent after confirmation of the booking.
