The property is located on the second floor and accessible by stairs.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. 

For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms have a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Conveniently located, complimentary parking is available on the street, making it easy to come and go as you please.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is nestled in the idyllic coastal village of Moledo, a destination celebrated for its tranquil ambience and breathtaking natural beauty. Conveniently located just a 9-minute walk from the renowned Moledo Beach, it offers guests effortless access to the village's many attractions.

A visit to Moledo wouldn’t be complete without experiencing the iconic Praia de Moledo. This stunning beach, known for its unspoiled sands and excellent surfing conditions, is a haven for both relaxation and adventure. For those with a passion for culture, the MAP de Moledo provides a rich exploration of the area’s history and art, making it a must-see attraction.

Food lovers will delight in Moledo's culinary scene, which features a variety of restaurants serving traditional Portuguese cuisine. A leisurely stroll through the village reveals charming cafes and cosy eateries, perfect for savouring local flavours and soaking up the welcoming atmosphere.

Getting to and around Moledo is simple, thanks to its excellent connections to major cities like Porto via regional train services and well-maintained roads. Public transportation and local taxis are readily available, ensuring that exploring the surrounding area is both easy and convenient.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Moledo do Minho, is just a 4-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
