“First room the shower faucet wouldn't stay in place and kept falling so the water was scaulding. Also, our air conditioner leaked making the carpet wet, then stopped working. Moved to another room and the bathroom floor tile was broken and hazardous. The rooms were cleaned, just in need of repairs.”

“The av seemed to be out in the actual hotel, the room was fine. Rooms were smaller than the average hotel room. Pool light was hanging out of the pool. And the room smelt like smoke even though it wasn’t a smoking room”

“Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.”

“This facility was clean and well maintained: the gym was really nice and everything worked, the roos were clean top to bottom (Baseboards, caulking in bathroom- so wel taken care of). The kicthen was perfection (clean and stocked with everything). Bed was comfy with firm and soft pillows. “I was really disappointed with my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express. I usually love staying at this brand, which made this visit even more frustrating. The waffle machine at breakfast was broken, the elevator was extremely slow, and the room itself felt very strange. I was given a handicap-accessible room even though I did not request one, and there was no bathtub. Overall, the experience just did not meet the standard I normally expect from Holiday Inn Express, and it made the trip...
